Project Goal
I created a user flow of making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It's one of my favorite snacks and something a lot of people around me can give me input on their way of making the sandwich. It can be a simple process, or something much more complicated. I wanted to be detailed in capturing every step with some variables that the user might prefer in their process.

About
Although making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches is something I am very familiar with, I wanted to be sure I captured input from users and separate myself from it. There are people that make their sandwiches much differently than I do. I published the flow after creating it and found even more variables that can be included in the next iteration. By opening the pool of users I discovered how so many have their own micro-actions make the process completely different! I missed, licking the knife,or the option of applying peanut butter on both sides before jelly to keep the bread from getting soggy.
